Villa Sarchi Microlot
Teodoro always amazes us with his attention to detail. He grows coffee like a conductor organizes an orchestra. His eye follows every detail, while simultaneously looking at the bigger picture. He's been growing this varietal longer than we've been roasting coffee and it sure shows. It's classic Guatemalan coffee, a varietal that's non-native but Teodoro makes it his own. With notes of caramel, brown sugar and pastry this coffee tastes like dessert and always brings us back to Guatemala.
